Our fee structure, which is 10% to 20% below traditional executive search fees, is tied to negotiated performance benchmarks, with the final installment dependent upon the successful candidate's commencement of employment. We do not pass our overhead on to our clients as "expense" of the search, a practice that significantly increases typical executive search firm spend.
