Presenting a diverse pool of candidates to our clients is nothing new at Prescott. We point with pride to the very first placement ever made by Prescott Legal Search: the first female associate hired by a Houston-based municipal bond firm. The year was 1981, our first year in business.
Over twenty years ago, we placed our first ethnic minority, an African-American woman who was hired by Tenneco, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Since we commenced business, year after year we have presented our clients with a broad spectrum of candidates.
