Our Clients' Requirements:
Although we wish we could assist everyone who is looking for a new position as an attorney or paralegal, the fact of the matter is that the clients who use our recruiting services have very restrictive standards regarding academic achievements and practice experience for candidates that they will interview through us. Both our law firm and our in-house clients typically want to see candidates who have excelled academically at well known universities and law schools and who have experience with a leading, big city law firm and/or a highly regarded corporate legal department. Our clients rarely deviate from these threshold requirements and therefore normally will not consider attorneys or paralegals who made average grades or whose legal experience has been gained in a small law firm environment or in a smaller city. Obviously, we must play by the rules set forth by our clients, and we regret that this prevents us from helping a great many of the legal professionals who are interested in making a job change. It's not that we don't want to help each and every job candidate; it's simply that we can't.
